Martial arts instruction offers innumerable benefits for children of all ages,
including improved physical health, self-esteem, confidence, concentration,
and self-discipline. As a community of martial arts students, we frequently
arrange group events such as parties, outings, and trips.
We offer different classes for different age groups of children, starting with
the pre-schoolers and all the way to pre-teen age group. Tigers and Pee-Wee
program at our school focuses on the basic components of Martial Arts
technique. The curriculum is focused on building strong fundamentals,

Our Fitness Kickboxing is one of the best ways to achieve all your fitness
goals. You can burn an amazing 800 calories in this one hour martial arts
based workout. It addresses three major training elements to optimal
health: Cardiovascular, Strength and Flexibility. High energy music
motivates you as you warm up with kickboxing moves and stretching.
Your instructor makes it feel like you have your own personal trainer getting
